Reflect and Find Your Flow
Reflect and Find Your Flow
A bicultural and holistic, therapeutic space that serves virtually in the state of Texas & in-person outdoors in nature around the Greater Austin area
Flowing Seasons Therapy holds a sacred space for you to sit in the moment and explore your identities, mind, body and spirit with compassion and honor. Reflect deeply within yourself to discover your own flow, blockages, and strengths. This space holds you as you ride the waves of feelings, grief, triggers, stress and well, life!
You are the expert of yourself; you get to determine how you want to flow in your life, and embrace your truest authenticity. You become your own self healer as you reconnect with your internal and external worlds.
Let's make space to reflect on your journey, name dreams, identify patterns that no longer serve you and discover new streams that can help you continue to flow in your daily life.
We are nature. Nature is a wise teacher, and in this space, we weave Indigenous knowledge to heal and reconnect ourselves with our ancestors, our communities and Mother Earth.
I'm so grateful we have crossed paths!
I'm a Millennial Indigiqueer Clinical Social Worker, Therapist, Mexica Danzante, Musician, Artist & dog parent. I reside on the lands of Coahuiltecan, Tonkawa, Jumanos, Lipan Apache and Comanche. I want to acknowledge and give gratitude to the ancestors of these lands, the directions, the elements and my teachers and elders that have taught me and continue to teach me. Tlazohkamati
I grew up on Coahuiltecan lands (now called the Rio Grande Valley) and moved to Austin, TX in 2014. As the first-born, first-generation Chicane college student, I had to figure everything out on my own as I was navigating my teens & early 20s. Along the way, my self-healing journey reconnected me to my mind, body, spirit, family, ancestors, lands, culture and community.
I am decolonizing my personal and professional practice. Therapeutic approaches are and have been indigenous practices for thousands of years. Modern modalities such as Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, CBT, ACT, IFS and more have been taken by Indigenous teachings across Anahuac (The Americas). My hope is to help you reflect deeply into your own waters so you can gain clarity on who you are, gain confidence in yourself and discover your own path in healing.

Safety, trust and building a connection in this therapeutic relationship create a stable foundation as we start working together. We will collaborate to create your own treatment plan that's tailored to your needs and goals.
This is your sacred, intentional time to focus on YOU.
I weave different theories, modalities and practices that is unique to each person I work with. The Indigenous practices I weave in come from Central Texas, South Texas and Mexico. The wisdom of nature is heavily observed, and with your permission, we can reflect, dive deeply into your internal world and uncover your blockages.
Folks I work with typically enjoy receiving youtube links, journaling prompts, book recommendations and practical mindful exercises to use at any given moment. Whatever you choose to tap into as we discover your streams and flows, I can share resources, psychoeducation, and life skills so you can build up your personal tool box and use when necessary.
